The Little Luck Homestead is designed for hardworking women who
spend the largest part of their day tending to "gotta
dos" and find far too many reasons to put off their "want to dos."

Come on ladies, your horses are ready for fresh territory
and you know you need time to recharge and reconnect with
that little, horse-crazy girl deep inside. The mountains
beckon!
The Little Luck is a fun, affordable way to take "me
time" without the guilt hangover. The house is a furnished
2 bedroom, 2 bath with full kitchen facilities including
microwave, coffee maker, pans, dishes. You'll also find such important
things like coffee, tea, salt and pepper are provided.
There is a queen size bed in the master bed room, twin
bunkbeds in the spare room, and a daybed and trundle to
sleep 6 comfortably. Towels and bedding are also provided.
There are two 40x60 corrals (one with a 12x12
loafing shed) and four 20x30 corrals. Water and electric
is available next to the corrals.
The facility is available
for a flat rate to encourage women to get together with
the people they enjoy most and go riding! And of course,
men are welcome, too! Dogs are also welcome but there
presently are no outside facilities and they are not allowed
either in Mueller State Park or in the Fossil Beds. Then,
enjoy a major selection of chick flicks at the end of
the day.
Please, no smoking inside the house.
